At Gallina Management, the health and well-being of our customers, colleagues and communities are our top priority.  In response to the coronavirus pandemic, please note the following adjustments to our services until further notice:

OFFICE VISITS
In support of community health, all Gallina Management Inc. offices will be closed to the public. However, we are still here for our future and current residents. All offices will be staffed for the regularly scheduled hours and communication with both the corporate office and our on-site management teams will be available either through a phone call or email. We are currently showing vacant apartments by appointment. In order to comply with Emergency Order #8, all guests will be required to wear a face covering or mask. To schedule an appointment today, give us a call at 608-268-8285. If you are not able or are uncomfortable with an in person showing, our team is happy to assist you with leasing information through either email or a phone call.

 

Emergency Order #8 and Governor Evers Emergency Order #1 currently in effect:

In order to comply with Public Health Madison and Dane County’s Emergency Order #8 and Governor Evers Emergency Order #1, all individuals entering any of our buildings are required to wear a face covering or mask. MAINTENANCE
Maintenance in individual apartments will resume the week of 9/8/20, while following all health and safety precautions.as outlined in Emergency Order #8 and Governor Evers Emergency order #1 as well as the CDC and all other governmental authorities.

Emergency Maintenance – This procedure has not changed. Please continue to call in as needed, during business and non-business hours. Our on-call staff will continue to be available for emergency maintenance during non-business hours.

We will continue to monitor this evolving situation and we will get through this together,  and keep you informed regarding ongoing adjustments to Gallina Management’s services.
